2022 Ford Mustang-mach-e Owner's Manual

Ford Mustang Mach-E (Ford Mustang Mach-E) is an electric crossover of the K2 class with rear or all-wheel drive. The world premiere of the model took place on November 17, 2019 as part of a special event in Los Angeles.

The Mustang March-E is a new chapter for Ford and a new era for the Mustang. But many fans of the latter really hope that the use of the legendary name is just a marketing ploy and the cult coupe, contrary to Ford’s global plans (to produce only crossovers and pickups), will remain in service.

The model is based on the new “electric” platform GE2 – in fact, a heavily redesigned “trolley” Ford Focus. Suspension: McPherson – front, multi-link – rear. With a length of 4712 mm and a wheelbase of 2984 mm, the new Mach-E plays in the same sandbox with cars like the Mercedes GLC and Porsche Macan, although, of course, its main competitor is the Tesla Model Y.

The appearance of the “electric horse” turned out to be very original. Only the shape of the plastic plug, instead of the radiator grille, and the design of the taillights reminds of the coupe. An interesting feature of the electric Mustang is the door handles, or rather their absence. To open the door, you need to press the button located on the side pillar.

In the cabin, the first thing that catches your eye is a vertical 15.5-inch screen of the Sync4 multimedia system with the ability to connect Apple CarPlay and Android Auto without a “lace” and a 10.2-inch digital tidy display. Otherwise, even in the absence of the “blue oval”, quite a familiar Ford: a typical steering wheel, buttons and a “washer” in the center are already well known from other models of the brand.
